Sama, a Saudi Arabian budget airline has taken the decision to waive fuel surcharges and from all domestic fares, meaning cheap fares are available for those wishing to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Additionally, Sama has cut the price of tickets on international routes by as much as 50%, claming it was passing on the reduction in fuel costs to the passengers.

Sana use a fleet of six Boeing 737-300s aircraft and are looking to grow this fleet aggressively to between 25 and 30 aircraft by 2010, widening the possibility of cheap air travel within the region.

Passengers in search of a luxury holiday to the Seychelles will soon have additional routes to the destination.
Air Seychelles is to increase its international services and following the introduction of Moscow in December 2008 the airline will be operating routes from Zurich and Frankfurt from April 2009.

A new aircraft will also be delivered to the fleet, as Air Seychelles has confirmed it will be taking delivery of a Boeing 767-200ER aircraft.
